  • Service Outage/Failure: Access issues, severe performance degradation
  • Account/Permission Issues: Login/session/permission errors
  • Personal Information Rights: Access/correction/deletion/processing suspension/consent withdrawal
  • Feature Suggestions: Improvement requests, accessibility/UX suggestions

Severity Criteria

  • Low: Minor UI/text issues, no functional impact
  • Medium: Feature limitations under specific conditions, workarounds available
  • High: Core feature failure, limited alternatives
  • Critical: Complete outage, risk of data loss

SLA and Privacy Notice

General requests aim for initial response within 24-48 business hours and resolution within 5 business days. Urgent issues (service outage/data loss risk) are immediately reviewed with initial response within 4-8 hours. Submitted information is processed for problem resolution and customer support purposes.
