Severity Criteria
- Low: Minor UI/text issues, no functional impact
- Medium: Feature limitations under specific conditions, workarounds available
- High: Core feature failure, limited alternatives
- Critical: Complete outage, risk of data loss
SLA and Privacy Notice
General requests aim for initial response within 24-48 business hours and resolution within 5 business days. Urgent issues (service outage/data loss risk) are immediately reviewed with initial response within 4-8 hours. Submitted information is processed for problem resolution and customer support purposes.
